Better yet, if your neighborhood has a park or area that is inclined, be sure to include the route as part of your weekly routine.


2. Biking

Biking is a popular workout because it uses muscles in all parts of your body and gets your heart pumping. A scenic ride can also help relax your mind and provide a balanced workout. You should also invest in a jump rope – this will help warm you up and increase your heart rate. It can be done at home, in your yard, or a nearby park.
