If for any reason cardholder services is unable to help you out to your satisfaction, your second option is to contact the Kaiku customer service team. Our helpful support staff is here at Kaiku HQ every Monday thru Friday (excluding major US holidays) from 9am to 5pm, PST. (If you contact us after hours, we’ll get back to you within 24 business hours.)

Although we love hearing from our cardholders on Facebook and Twitter, social media isn’t a secure channel for customer service. Please don’t use social media when you have an issue for Kaiku customer service.
We’re happy to answer generalized questions about Kaiku and prepaid cards (like how to find a surcharge-free ATM) but we can’t discuss anything related to specific cardholder accounts or individual transactions via social media. Your privacy is very important to us.
